What an exciting time for our Odessa Area! Our community continues to grow and thanks to our solid membership, we continue to grow a very rapid pace. The OHCC Mission is “to develop and improve economic conditions in the whole community by focusing on Hispanic and Non-Hispanic small businesses in the community”.
Our primary goal is to promote business expansions, entrepreneurship development, and assist with new business prospects. The Odessa area offers gateways for manufacturing and industrial businesses, markets which are necessary that we take advantage of. Our Objective is to service the membership as well as the community as a whole, addressing and/or providing the following:
· The Business person’s approach to identifying issues and working together to find resolution;
· Advocacy at the local, state and national level on key issues that affect small business, minority and women owned business;
· Healthcare strategies for businesses at affordable prices and develop new businesses, new leaders and innovative approaches for local enterprises;
· Access to Capital for expansion of existing businesses and promotion of new businesses and retention of local small businesses;
