The Odessa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is a 501 (c)(6) association of businesses and individuals united together for the purpose of helping each other to succeed in the mainstream of American Business.

The Odessa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization, which will promote:

The Odessa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is supported by annual subscriptions voluntarily made by business, industry and individuals, and operates on a budget approved by the Board of Directors. Financial operations are conducted on a conservation basis. It is the purpose of the management to get a maximum of results from available funds.
